Wild Rumpus New Families.
Welcome! We are so glad you are here. Registration for children new to Wild Rumpus is now closed. In an effort to keep families informed, we would like you to know that Wild Rumpus typically fills very quickly! Our school bus has seats for 13 students and two teachers. Due to this, enrollment for Wild Rumpus must be capped at 13 children. We fill Wild Rumpus on a first come, first serve basis, with priority given to students who attended Butterfly Hill Nature Preschool in the past. Please be sure to scroll down to read all the information on this page prior to registering. Helpful Hints are listed below the registration button to help you move through the entire registration process.
If anyone in your family has attended any of our programs at Butterfly Hill Nature Preschool, you are considered a returning family and should register at the earlier date for returning families. Please follow the Wild Rumpus Returning Families link to register.

Registration Helpful Hints
For a more streamlined registration experience, you will want to move through the registration process using a computer rather than the Brightwheel app on a mobile device.
When you click on the link above to register, you will be prompted to sign up for an account in Brightwheel. Brightwheel is the platform we use for family communication, as well as tuition payments. Setting up your Brightwheel account is a brief process at this point. You will be prompted to finish setting up your Brightwheel account at a later step in the registration process. Once you have your Brightwheel account set up, you will fill out the Registration Request form. If you are registering more than one child, you will need to fill out the Registration Request form for each child. When you submit this form, it will be time stamped since we fill our classes on a first come, first serve basis. If you are registering more than one child, the date and time the first child’s Registration Request is submitted will be used for both children if you register them on the same day.

This now completes Step 1 of the registration process.
I have registered, now what?
After you submit your Registration Request, watch your email for a message informing you if your child is enrolled in Wild Rumpus, or if they are placed on the waitlist. You can expect this email to arrive within one week of submitting your Registration Request.
The rest of the steps in the registration process will take place in Brightwheel. It will help you to know when to complete each future step if you have notifications for Brightwheel turned on for your mobile device. You will receive a notification from Brightwheel when it is time to complete Steps 2, 3, and 4 in the registration process. Remember that although you will receive a notice on your phone when it is time to complete the next step, these steps will need to be completed on a computer rather than through the Brightwheel app on a mobile device. When you receive notifications to complete future steps in the registration process, go to mybrightwheel.com and login to your Brightwheel account. Select Forms and Requests. You will find documents to fill out there.
Step 2: You will receive an invitation from Brightwheel to set up your method of payment in your Brightwheel account. All tuition payments must be paid through your checking account on file in Brightwheel. Families do NOT incur an additional fee to have tuition automatically withdrawn each month.
Step 3: You will receive a notification from Brightwheel when it is time to complete Step 3. In Brightwheel, under the Forms and Requests heading, you will find an Enrollment Contract. You will be able to read this document in Brightwheel. The Enrollment Contract must be signed and submitted in Brightwheel within one week of receiving it. Your $100 registration fee(s) will be automatically withdrawn from your account on file once we receive your Enrollment Contract. Completing Step 3 tells us your intentions of accepting this spot in Wild Rumpus. Your child’s spot is guaranteed once we receive the Enrollment Contract. If we do not receive the Enrollment Contract within one week, the space will be forfeited and offered to the next family on the waitlist.
Step 4: You will receive another notification from Brightwheel when it is time to complete the final step in the registration process. In Brightwheel, under the Forms and Requests heading, you will find a list of forms to read, fill out and/or sign, then submit on Brightwheel. These forms are required to have on file prior to your child beginning Wild Rumpus.
Congratulations! This completes the registration process.

One month before Wild Rumpus begins, you will receive a Welcome Packet filled with information to help you and your child feel ready and informed about their outdoor summer adventure.
